Oh, the places I go

So where have I been?  Good question. Appropriate question.   If I’m going to talk about this subject, then I should know something about it.  So here’s my list of countries visited, to date:

Australia

Note that countries are politically defined, so some people may consider some of these places to be in the same country (e.g. some will believe Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau are all part of China).  I use the US State Department’s recognized list of countries at the time I visited to say whether or not I’ve been there.

Also, I do not count layovers where I did not leave the airport on this list.  I must have left the airport and done something in the location to have it make the list.

So that’s my list- 34 countries so far!  Country 35 is coming up next month. I’ll be going to Laos.
